How we got here
Grandpa Ruben ran a pit behind a gas station in Lockhart for thirty-one years. When the building sold in 2018, we couldn't afford a room — so we put the pit on a trailer instead.
What we're about
Feed people food we'd put in front of our own family, at a price a family can actually pay.
Where it comes from
Brisket from a family ranch an hour east. The sauce is Grandma Ada's recipe, made by memory.
