Why it pays

People who would have counted the line and walked off order instead. They pay ahead, so the order is already paid when it reaches the rail.

On this screen

  • Live wait: about how long an order takes right now.
  • Menu: dishes with photos and prices. A sold-out dish offers a tell-me-when-it's-back.
  • Pickup time: as soon as it is ready, or a time the customer picks.
  • Notes and tip: ask for no onions and tip the crew. Every cent goes to the truck.
  • Gift cards and passes: spend a gift card or a meal pass at checkout.
  • Follow and save: follow the truck to hear when it goes live.
